Who provides cleaning materials?
We provide all the materials including microfibre cloths, anti-allergy hospital grade vacuums and industry standard cleaning products.
Are you insured?
Yes, £5 Million Public Insurance and £10 Million Employer’s Insurance. We have 9 years no claims. Specialist Key Cover up to £50,000 and we are Secure Key Holders.
Do I need to be in?
No you do not have to be present as long as we can gain entry, either by providing a key or retrieving a key from a secure location.
Is there a contract or minimum number of cleans?
No definitely not. We don’t believe in contracts and lengthy tie-ins. We should be employed on a merit basis, not because you have to. There is no minimum number of cleans, we operate on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
I have an alarm? What about the code?
Only myself and the team leader are aware of codes.
